When are HOA Board Meetings held, and where?
HOA Board Meetings are generally held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.  Meetings are currently at the Community Pool.

When are my HOA dues to be paid?
HOA fees are $1,020 a year and paid semi-annually, due January 1st, and July 1st.
Payment coupons are sent from the Property Management office.
If you do not receive a coupon book by the end of December, or lose your coupons, please contact RealManage for a new one - Click on CONTACT US, and scroll to Management, or call (866) 473-2573.

I'm a new resident, and I need the gate programmed to my phone, who do I contact?
You should contact our Property Management company, RealManage at (866) 473-2573.  It may take a few weeks because they need to verify that your deed was recorded or you may provide copies of your closing documents.

I want to make a modification/change to my home? What do I need to do?
You will need to submit an ACC Form to the Architectural Control Committee.

I want to paint the exterior of my home? Where would I find an approved color scheme?
As a result of the 2007 legislative changes, the Architectural Review Committee and the Board have reviewed and approved a more defined and larger color palette for home paint colors. The new palette is available to be reviewed at RealManage at 4902 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 216 in Tampa. Please call (866) 473-2573 to schedule an appointment.

When is trash/recycling pick up in Bay Arbor? Trash is picked up at the curb on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Recycling is picked up on Tuesdays only. 

What is recyclable? Recycling materials accepted

Mobile Collections are coordinated through the County for collection of chemicals, electronics, and building materials.  Mobile Collection Schedule 

Can I have a garage sale? Individual garage sales are not permitted.  Community garage sales are coordinated twice a year.  Dates to be announced.

What are the community pool hours? 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Are pets allowed at the community pool, bath house, and playground? NO!!!  Pets cannot be permitted at the community pool or playground due to health issues. 

My gate remote is not operating the front entrance gate. What should I do?
You may need to replace the battery. If replacing the battery does not correct the problem, contact RealManage for a new access card. There is a fee for new access cards.  Office Hours and paperwork needed is available on the PROPERTY MANAGER link.

I've lost my pool key. Where can I get a new one?
Keys to the pool gate are available from RealManage at Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 216 in Tampa. To obtain a key, you must be current on HOA fees.
Please call ahead to be sure there is one already made. (866) 473-2573. There is a fee for replacement pool keys.

A street light bulb is out, how do I get it repaired?
You can report a streetlight that is out or malfunctioning by completing an online request form at TECO 
 

Home Security

I noticed a suspicious car/activity, should I call someone?  If you see something suspicious and feel a Deputy should take a look, contact the Pinellas County Sheriff's office at (727) 582-6200.  (It's a good idea to program this # in your cell phone.) If there is a vehicle involved, get as many details of the vehicle and possibly a license plate number, if you can.

What things can I do to stay safe and protect my property in Bay Arbor? Simple things you can do are:

• lock your car doors and do not leave valuables inside
• shut your garage door at night
• keep exterior doors (and windows) locked when not being used for access to home
