Board Meeting Agenda Item
In order to allow for the orderly conductance of Association business at Board meetings, all items for discussion must be placed on the agenda two weeks prior to the meeting. Any resident wishing to provide input at a Board meeting must submit a request in writing two weeks prior to the meeting. Late submissions or those brought to the Board meeting will be placed on the following months Board agenda.

Architectural Control Committee
An Architectural Control Committee Form is required when a resident wants to make an improvement/change/modification to their property. To request a change, please download the ACC form and submit it as directed. In 2007, Florida Legislature implemented several changes pertaining to Home Owners Associations and their documents. As a result, the Bay Arbor Board of Directors has been working with an Attorney to clarify areas of Bay Arbors documents as they relate to Architectural Control Committee guidelines. Several guidelines have been revised to date. If no clear guideline is in place and a request is made, please be advised that the request will not be approved until such time as the guideline can be developed, coordinated and reviewed with our Attorney.
