Architectural Control Committee
In 2007, Florida Legislature implemented several changes pertaining to Home Owners Associations and their documents. As a result, the Bay Arbor Board of Directors has been working with an Attorney to clarify areas of Bay Arbors documents as they relate to Architectural Control Committee guidelines. Several guidelines have been revised to date. If no clear guidelines are in place and a request is made, please be advised that the request will not be approved until such time as the guideline can be developed, coordinated and reviewed with our Attorney.
The updated ACC form reflects the new changes. To request a change, please download the ACC form and submit it as directed.

A more defined color palette is also available for residents wishing to paint the exterior of their home. The new palette is available to be reviewed at RealManage 4902 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 216 in Tampa. Please call (866) 473-2573 to schedule an appointment.

Communication Committee members are working to enhance communication within Bay Arbor. This web site is the primary communication tool for residents. If you have not registered your user name on the web site, please do so today. If it has been a while since you registred, please check your profile to determine if any changes are necessary. Emails are sent periodically to residents through the web site and only registered users will receive them.
