Bay Arbor is a gated community conveniently located in Oldsmar, Florida. The 240 homes in this community were constructed by Lennar and U.S. Homes between 1999 and 2002. Featuring black iron entrance gates, Windsor-style street lights, signage and mailboxes, and concrete paver brick driveways  - this community has become a preferred Oldsmar address!

Amenities include a community pool and bath house, adjacent playground and sand volleyball. Many homes sit on a conservation lot, and it is not uncommon to see an occasional deer passing through.
