ANNUAL MEETING UPDATE
The Annual Mtg scheduled for November could not be conducted due to low attendance at the meeting and too few proxies submitted. The same was the case at the December meeting.
However, we thank those residents who have attended one or both of the last few meetings and also those that returned their proxies timely.
In order to hold an official Annual Meeting, if you have not already returned your proxy, please use the link below to print, complete, and return yours. Item #2 on the proxy form includes how to return your form. Thank you for your cooperation.
HOA Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm
Meetings will be held at the Community Pool.
In case of bad weather, please check the web site for updates.
STREET PARKING
Residents are not permitted to park vehicles or boats on the street.
Overnight street parking is an ongoing concern of residents and is currently being addressed by the Board. Please adjust your habits to comply with deed restrictions so other measures do not have to be taken.
RESIDENT REMINDERS
Baby deer have been seen in various areas throughout Bay Arbor.
Please drive with caution in the community to ensure their safety.... and yours!

Reminder: ACC forms are required prior to making changes to the exterior of your home/property.
Copies of email updates sent to residents registered through the web site are now posted on the RESIDENTS ONLY page. If you are not currently registered through the site, you will need to do so to access the page. In the future, you will receive email updates automatically.
OLDSMAR EVENTS AND INFORMATION
BIKE SAFETY
The Oldsmar Fire Dept is willing to come do a program on bike safety for the children in Bay Arbor. They present bike safety tips, proper techniques for a safe ride to school, and then ride to school with them. If this is of interest to you - please reply through the CONTACT US link, and click on ACTIVITIES. If you would like to be Coordinator for this event, please indicate that in your email.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Forms are available in the DOCUMENTS section. Please be sure to use a current form when applying to make a modification to your home.
